Limited Warranty — RC Carbon-Fiber Chassis Rails
We stand behind the quality of our carbon-fiber RC chassis rails and warrant that each rail will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
Warranty Period
This limited warranty applies for 90 days from the date of delivery.
What We Cover
This warranty covers defects that are determined to have resulted from our manufacturing process or the materials used to manufacture the chassis rails, including:
-
Delamination or separation of carbon-fiber layers that is not the result of impact, crash damage, or improper use.
-
Manufacturing defects in the carbon-fiber laminate.
-
Cracks, voids, or other structural defects attributable to the manufacturing process.
-
Incorrect hole locations, dimensions, or machining that do not conform to the agreed-upon design or specifications.
-
Other manufacturing defects that materially affect the intended function of the chassis rail.
If a chassis rail is determined to have a covered manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion, replace the defective rail, replace the affected set, or issue a refund or credit for the defective product.
What We Do Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
-
RC vehicle crashes, collisions, rollovers, jumps, or hard landings.
-
Impacts with objects, vehicles, curbs, rocks, walls, or other surfaces.
-
Excessive bending, twisting, flexing, or loads beyond the intended application.
-
Improper installation or assembly.
-
Over-tightening screws, bolts, or fasteners.
-
Using incorrect fasteners, spacers, washers, mounting hardware, or other components.
-
Mounting the chassis rails in a manner that creates excessive or uneven stress.
-
Modifying the chassis rails, including drilling, cutting, grinding, sanding, machining, trimming, countersinking, or otherwise altering the product after delivery.
-
Damage caused by other vehicle components or improperly installed components.
-
Using the chassis rails outside their intended RC vehicle application.
-
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, abrasions, or surface marks resulting from normal use.
-
Damage caused by heat, chemicals, solvents, fuels, adhesives, or other substances incompatible with the materials.
-
Damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, or handling after delivery.
-
Any failure resulting from modifications to the RC vehicle that materially change the loads or stresses placed on the chassis rails.
Carbon-Fiber Appearance
Carbon fiber is a composite material, and variations in weave appearance, color, surface finish, resin appearance, minor cosmetic imperfections, and other characteristics inherent to the manufacturing process are not considered defects unless they materially affect the structural integrity or intended function of the product.
Installation and Use
The customer is responsible for properly installing the chassis rails and ensuring that all mounting hardware is correctly sized, positioned, and tightened.
Fasteners should be tightened appropriately for the application. Over-tightening mounting screws can create localized stresses and damage carbon-fiber components and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
The customer is also responsible for determining whether the chassis rails are appropriate for their particular vehicle, setup, driving style, and intended use.
Modified Products
Any chassis rail that has been drilled, cut, sanded, ground, machined, countersunk, trimmed, glued, painted, or otherwise modified after delivery is not covered by this warranty, unless the modification was specifically authorized by us in writing.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:
-
The order or invoice number.
-
A description of the failure or defect.
-
Clear photographs showing the affected area.
-
Photographs of the chassis rails installed on the vehicle, when applicable.
-
A description of the circumstances under which the failure occurred.
-
Any additional information reasonably requested to determine the cause of the failure.
We may request that the affected chassis rail(s) be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
If inspection determines that the failure resulted from a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we will provide the applicable remedy described above.
Crash and Impact Damage
Because RC vehicles are designed to be operated in environments where crashes and impacts may occur, damage resulting from crashes, impacts, hard landings, or excessive loads is considered normal use-related damage and is not covered by this warranty.
However, if a chassis rail fails during normal operation and there is reasonable evidence that the failure resulted from a pre-existing manufacturing defect rather than an impact or misuse, the failure may be eligible for warranty consideration.
Limitations
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and only to the product covered by the applicable order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or credit of the affected product. We are not responsible for vehicle damage, damage to other components, installation or removal costs, labor, downtime, loss of use, or other indirect or consequential damages, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
This warranty does not affect any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Intended Use
These chassis rails are intended for radio-controlled vehicles and recreational RC use. They are not intended for full-size vehicles, passenger transportation, human-support applications, or other applications involving risk of injury or significant property damage.
Limited Warranty for 3D-Printed Parts
We stand behind the quality of our 3D-printed parts and warrant that each part will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
Warranty Period
This limited warranty applies for 90 days from the date of delivery.
What We Cover
This warranty covers defects that are determined to have resulted from our manufacturing process, including, but not limited to:
-
Significant layer separation or adhesion failure caused by the printing process.
-
Manufacturing defects that materially affect the part's intended function.
-
Incorrect manufacturing, such as producing a part that does not conform to the agreed-upon design or specifications.
-
Material or processing defects attributable to our manufacturing process.
If a part is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion, replace the defective part, repair it, or issue a refund or credit for the affected part.
What We Do Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
-
Improper installation, assembly, or handling.
-
Misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, impacts, or excessive force.
-
Use of the part outside its intended application or specified operating conditions.
-
Loads, temperatures, chemicals, or environmental conditions exceeding the specifications provided for the part.
-
Modifications, alterations, machining, drilling, sanding, gluing, painting, or other changes made after delivery.
-
Normal wear and tear.
-
Improper storage or exposure to conditions that may degrade the material.
-
Damage caused by other components, equipment, or systems connected to or used with the part.
-
Failure resulting from the customer's design, dimensions, tolerances, material selection, or other specifications when the part was manufactured according to those specifications.
-
Cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing that do not materially affect the part's intended function, including minor layer lines, surface imperfections, color variation, or minor dimensional variation within the agreed-upon tolerance.
Customer-Supplied Designs
When a part is manufactured from a customer-supplied file, drawing, dimensions, or other specifications, the customer is responsible for confirming that the design is appropriate for its intended application.
Our manufacturing of a customer-supplied design does not constitute a guarantee that the design is suitable for a particular load, environment, application, or purpose unless we have expressly agreed to provide engineering or design services for that purpose.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:
-
The order or invoice number.
-
A description of the issue.
-
Photographs or video showing the defect or failure.

Any other information reasonably requested to determine the cause of the failure.
We may request that the part be returned for inspection before determining whether the failure is covered under this warranty.
If our inspection determines that the failure resulted from a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we will provide the applicable remedy described above.
Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to the specific part covered by the applicable order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or credit of the defective part.
